What if my order arrives damaged?

We recommend carefully checking your package at the time of delivery. If any damage is visible — even on the outer packaging — please note it on the delivery receipt. If you’re unable to open the package immediately but suspect there may be an issue, mark it as “suspected damage” when signing.

If the item itself arrives damaged, don’t worry. Simply take clear photos of the damage and send them to support@infiniteplayessentials.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, typically within 1 business day of your request.
