Refunds & Returns Policy
At Infinite Play Essentials, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward and hassle-free return and refund policy. Here’s everything you need to know:
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this time frame.
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you’re returning an item because you’ve had a change of heart, return shipping will be your responsibility.
3. Damaged or Malfunctioning Items
If your product isn’t working or shows signs of damage, please notify us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll help you initiate the return process at no cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue either a replacement or a full refund, including your original shipping fee.
4. Returns for Changed Mind
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we’ll refund you for the item minus the original shipping cost.
5. How Refunds Work
Once we’ve inspected and approved your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your account.

Restocking Fee:
In certain situations, a restocking fee may apply. We’ll let you know ahead of time if this is the case.
